Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and chat
- Document and troubleshoot customer problems using ticketing systems like Zendesk or Jira
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex issues
- Conduct remote diagnostics and system updates for clients
- Maintain accurate knowledge base articles for common solutions
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Windows/Mac OS
