- Support backtesting of options strategies using historical market data
- Collaborate with traders to interpret quantitative findings and inform execution decisions
- Monitor market events impacting options pricing and alert the team to anomalies
- Document data methodologies and maintain audit trails for compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, INDEX/MATCH)
- Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) or SQL
- Familiarity with options terminology (calls/puts, strikes, expiration, volatility)
