Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex equity options pricing data using SQL and Python
- Develop automated data pipelines for real-time options market information
- Support quantitative modeling for volatility surfaces and option Greeks
- Collaborate with traders to identify arbitrage opportunities and risk exposures
- Create visualizations and reports for senior stakeholders using Tableau/Power BI
- Monitor regulatory changes affecting options markets and compliance requirements
- Assist in backtesting trading strategies using historical options data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Foundational knowledge of options pricing models (Black-Scholes, Binomial)
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for statistical analysis
- Familiarity with financial data APIs (Bloomberg, Refinitiv) or market data feeds
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- 0-2 years of relevant internship or academic project experience
