Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather and organize raw data from various internal sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Dashboard Creation: Assist in the development of interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform basic statistical analysis and trend identification to support business decision-making processes.
- Report Generation: Create weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, concise summaries.
- Database Support: Work with the database team to understand data structures and improve data quality standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing and sales teams to identify data-driven opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business) is preferred.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; we are looking for recent graduates or career changers.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is required.
- Language: Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Relocation: Candidates must be willing to relocate to Austin, Texas.
