What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate key metrics to stakeholders.
- SQL & Querying: Write complex SQL queries to extract data from databases and perform ad-hoc analysis.
- Reporting: Generate regular performance reports and statistical summaries to support business strategy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, opportunities, and operational inefficiencies.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analytical processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Graduates welcome).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL (preferred) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Tools: Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio) is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex data simply.
