Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data from various databases efficiently.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand data requirements and deliver clear, actionable reports.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems and databases.
- Assist in the automation of manual data processes to increase operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science) or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Charts) and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with SQL and basic knowledge of Python or R is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a logical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
