Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Develop automated reporting systems to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making and process optimization
- Present findings to leadership through clear, compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (2023-2024 graduates encouraged)
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis
- Familiarity with Excel and advanced spreadsheet functions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities with both technical and non-technical audiences
