Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive data visualizations in Tableau and Power BI for stakeholders.
- Trend Analysis: Identify key trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business growth strategies.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports, translating complex metrics into clear, actionable insights.
- Database Management: Assist in the documentation and management of our data warehouse systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product and marketing teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL (Querying & Joins) and familiarity with Python or R.
- Visualization: Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel (Pivot Tables/Charts).
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain data findings to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors and ensure data integrity.
- Soft Skills: Proactive problem-solving mindset and a passion for continuous learning in a tech environment.
