Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, organize, and clean raw data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Report Generation: Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to understand their data needs and provide meaningful insights.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and experience with SQL is highly preferred.
- Programming: Basic understanding of Python or R is a plus but not required for this entry-level position.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in data sets with high accuracy.
