Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Trend Analysis: Perform detailed statistical analysis to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and operational inefficiencies.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Report Generation: Create clear, concise, and actionable reports and executive summaries for stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to translate business questions into technical data solutions.
- Database Management: Assist in maintaining database structures and writing basic SQL queries.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in SQL (SELECT, JOINs) and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) or programming languages (Python, R) is a plus but not required.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Location: Must reside in Tampa, FL or Illinois to be considered for this remote role.
