As an Entry Level Data Analyst, you will support our senior analysts in transforming raw data into actionable business intelligence. You will work in a collaborative, remote-first environment while contributing to high-impact projects that drive our company forward.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from various internal and external sources to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of interactive dashboards and static reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Perform basic statistical analysis and data mining to support business decision-making processes.
- Maintain and update our data warehouse and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Document data processes and create clear, concise visualizations for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Familiarity with SQL or experience querying databases is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Index/Match).
- Strong attention to detail and a natural analytical mindset.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated individual with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
