As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable business insights. You will work closely with our data engineering and product teams to ensure our data infrastructure is robust and our analytics are accurate.
Responsibilities
- Collect and Analyze Data: Gather, clean, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Report Generation: Create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards (using tools like Tableau or PowerBI) to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Data Visualization: Develop data visualizations that help non-technical teams understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Database Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and optimizing our SQL databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data processes and propose improvements to enhance workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
- No Experience Required: We are looking for candidates eager to learn; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Basic Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL (SELECT, JOINs) and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present data findings effectively.
- Tools: Willingness to learn data visualization tools and programming languages (Python/R preferred but not mandatory).
