Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured/unstructured datasets using SQL and Excel
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder reporting
- Identify trends and anomalies to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through clear visualizations
- Participate in sprint planning and agile development cycles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, basic formulas)
- Familiarity with SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical reasoning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to learn new tools quickly with minimal supervision
- Portfolio demonstrating data analysis projects (academic or personal)
