Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize raw data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain clear, visual dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Assist in the execution of data analysis projects, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Collaborate with the team to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Document data processes and maintain up-to-date records of datasets and analysis methodologies.
- Perform basic statistical analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Stay current with industry best practices and assist in the implementation of new data tools.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Charts.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in data sets.
- Basic understanding of SQL or Python is a plus but not required for entry-level applicants.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
