Responsibilities
- Data Collection: Gather and verify data from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy.
- Reporting: Create clear, professional reports and interactive dashboards for stakeholders using tools like Excel or Tableau.
- Analysis: Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support strategic business goals.
- Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to explain complex data findings in simple terms.
- Support: Assist in the maintenance of our data warehouse and ensure data integrity standards are met.
- Training: Participate in continuous learning programs to develop advanced analytical skills.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a related field is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts) is mandatory.
- Attitude: Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Location: Must be willing to work in a remote capacity (serving clients in Dallas, TX and California).
- Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
