Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large sets of raw data to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, finance) to identify business trends and opportunities.
- Perform statistical analysis to validate findings and support data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Assist in the design and implementation of data collection systems and organizational metrics.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Familiarity with SQL for querying databases (experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Basic understanding of Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically about data patterns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
