Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive business strategy.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau or PowerBI to communicate findings effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Document data processes and methodologies to improve workflow efficiency and knowledge sharing.
- Assist in the creation of automated reports to reduce manual workload and increase reporting frequency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with SQL (writing queries, joins, subqueries) and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Basic understanding of Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
