Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, organize, and clean large datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy.
- Reporting: Develop clear, concise, and professional reports and dashboards to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
- Trend Analysis: Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data sets to help the business solve problems and improve performance.
- SQL & Database Management: Write complex SQL queries to retrieve data and maintain database documentation.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor data quality and implement necessary changes to maintain high standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and basic understanding of SQL.
- Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI is a strong plus.
