Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large sets of data to ensure accuracy and consistency across all reporting.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies in data sets.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management and stakeholders to communicate findings effectively.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new data collection methodologies and tracking systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Analytics.
- Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to spot errors in data and propose solutions for data quality improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex data findings clearly.
