Responsibilities
- Collect and process large sets of raw data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of data dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform data cleaning and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of datasets.
- Conduct basic statistical analysis to support business decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and reporting needs.
- Document data processes and maintain clear records of analysis methodologies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong interest in data analytics, business intelligence, or SQL.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new software and analytical tools.
