Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations (Tableau/PowerBI) to present data findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical models.
- Perform statistical analysis to support A/B testing and market research initiatives.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy of reporting databases.
- Generate regular performance reports and ad-hoc analyses as requested by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with SQL and basic programming concepts (Python or R is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
