Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform descriptive and predictive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Reporting: Create clear, concise, and professional reports and presentations for stakeholders to support business strategy.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- SQL Maintenance: Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve data efficiently for reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and basic understanding of SQL database concepts.
- Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) is a strong plus.
