What You Will Do
Our ideal candidate is eager to learn and willing to dive deep into datasets to uncover actionable insights. You will support our senior analysts in maintaining data integrity and generating reports that guide strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize raw data from various sources into spreadsheets and databases.
- Assist in the creation of standard data reports and dashboards using Excel or Tableau.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to help solve business problems.
- Collaborate with the data science team to refine data collection methods and workflows.
- Perform basic statistical analysis and validate data accuracy.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong attention to detail and logical thinking skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn data analytics tools (SQL, Python, or R is a major plus).
