Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and prepare datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop intuitive and interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Trend Analysis: Identify patterns, trends, and correlations in data to provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Report Generation: Create detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings to support decision-making processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to understand data needs and deliver timely insights.
- SQL Management: Assist in querying databases and maintaining data integrity within our systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying and Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables).
- Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling large datasets and reporting.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset and ability to troubleshoot data issues.
