Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder reporting
- Develop SQL queries to extract and transform data from multiple sources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
- Document analysis processes and maintain data integrity standards
- Present findings through clear visualizations and written reports
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or career changer with 0-2 years experience
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, basic functions)
- Fundamental understanding of statistical concepts (mean, median, distributions)
- Basic knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn through training
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to learn independently
