Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection: Gather, clean, and validate datasets from various internal sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Support Reporting: Help create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data reporting and assist senior analysts in generating weekly and monthly reports.
- Dashboard Development: Work with the BI team to build and maintain basic dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data.
- Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Statistics, Math, Business, or related fields preferred but not required).
- Experience: No prior experience required. We are looking for eagerness to learn and a strong analytical mindset.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) is required; basic knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relocation: Must be willing and able to relocate to Seattle, WA, or be currently residing within commuting distance.
