Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection: Gather, clean, and organize raw data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Support Reporting: Help build and maintain dashboards that provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Analyze Trends: Identify patterns and trends in large datasets to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate: Work closely with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to define data requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data processes and analytical methodologies.
- Data Visualization: Create compelling charts and graphs using tools like Tableau or Power BI to present findings.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: No prior professional experience required. Internships or academic projects are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) is required. Familiarity with SQL or Python is a strong advantage.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Nashville, TN and provide documentation for the relocation assistance process.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
