Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize complex data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Prepare clear and concise reports, summaries, and data visualizations for stakeholders.
- Support A/B testing initiatives and assist in the optimization of marketing campaigns based on data-driven findings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of statistics and mathematics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Familiarity with SQL and basic Python or R scripting is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical team members.
- Willingness to relocate to San Jose, CA (Relocation assistance provided).
