Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business) or equivalent work experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts).
- Basic understanding of SQL or Python is a significant plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to relocate to El Paso, TX.
