Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract data from various sources and databases.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and data needs.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Document data processes and methodologies to ensure reproducibility.
- Assist in the maintenance and optimization of existing data pipelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with SQL (writing queries, joins, subqueries) and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Basic understanding of programming concepts (Python or R is a plus).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data handling.
- Willingness to relocate to Boston, MA with valid identification.
