Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, organize, and clean large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Reporting: Assist in the creation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports using Excel and visualization tools.
- Database Support: Support the maintenance of internal databases by performing data entry and routine updates.
- Trend Analysis: Work with the team to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business decision-making.
- Dashboard Creation: Collaborate with the data visualization team to build and maintain interactive dashboards (PowerBI/Tableau).
- Documentation: Document data processes and analysis methodologies to ensure transparency and repeatability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is mandatory.
- SQL Knowledge: Basic understanding of SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE) is a plus, but we provide training for the right candidate.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot errors and ensure high-quality data handling.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
