Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and prepare raw datasets for analysis to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Assist senior analysts in creating visual dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data models.
- Maintain and update existing data pipelines to improve workflow efficiency.
- Document data processes and methodologies for future reference and team training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
- Strong analytical mindset with a curiosity to solve complex problems using data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) is required.
- Basic understanding of SQL or Python (experience with SQL queries is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
