As an Entry Level Data Analyst, you will support our senior analysts in transforming raw data into actionable business insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and help drive strategic decision-making. Prior professional experience is not required; we are looking for candidates with a strong academic background and a passion for numbers.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of data dashboards and visualizations.
- Perform basic statistical analysis to support business initiatives and projects.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand data needs.
- Identify areas for improvement in data collection and reporting processes.
- Prepare clear and concise reports for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) is required.
- Basic understanding of SQL or Python is a strong plus but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts.
