Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior analysts to clean, organize, and prepare datasets for reporting.
- Assist in the development of interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports to track business performance trends.
- Perform basic data mining and statistical analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies within the reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data handling.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings clearly.
- Willingness to learn SQL and Python basics during onboarding.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies.
