Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather raw data from multiple internal and external sources and clean it to ensure accuracy for reporting.
- Dashboard Creation: Assist in building interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key metrics.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports for stakeholders highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and growth trends.
- Trend Analysis: Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within datasets to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the senior data team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Data Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of data sources, schemas, and analysis methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience accepted).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros) is required.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; we value potential, attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to data verification and quality control.
- Problem Solving: Strong logical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot data issues.
