Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection: Gather and organize raw data from various internal sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support Data Cleaning: Perform routine data cleaning and validation tasks to prepare datasets for analysis.
- Create Dashboards: Work with senior analysts to build and maintain simple dashboards and visualizations in Excel or BI tools.
- Report Generation: Assist in drafting weekly and monthly reports for management to support decision-making.
- Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide basic analytical support.
- Learning: Attend training sessions and workshops to improve data literacy and technical skills.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with SQL concepts is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot trends or anomalies in data.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
