Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection: Gather and organize raw data from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Data Cleaning & Preparation: Process and clean large datasets to remove errors and inconsistencies, preparing them for analysis.
- Support Reporting: Create clear, concise, and visual data reports (dashboards and charts) to present findings to management and stakeholders.
- Conduct Research: Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can help solve business problems.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with senior analysts and the marketing team to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Document Processes: Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analysis processes for future reference.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and a willingness to learn SQL and Tableau or Power BI.
