- Reporting & Visualization: Generate regular performance reports and interactive dashboards to track key business metrics.
- Statistical Analysis: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
- System Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and updating our data management systems and databases.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for data processes and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; we value potential, attitude, and a willingness to learn.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts) is required.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus but not mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into simple insights.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset and a keen eye for spotting errors in data.
