Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis and modeling to support key business initiatives.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous cleaning and validation processes.
- Produce comprehensive reports and presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to forecast future performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (T-SQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
- Strong experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expertise in BI tools, specifically Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
