Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify data trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct statistical analysis and generate comprehensive reports for executive leadership.
- Assist in the development and optimization of SQL queries and database structures.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Familiarity with SQL (preferred) and basic understanding of database concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating data into business insights.
