Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and validation of large datasets from various sources.
- Develop and maintain clear, concise, and visually appealing dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive business value.
- Support the creation of monthly and quarterly performance reports for management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver accurate insights.
- Document data processes and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Qualifications
- No prior professional experience required; we train the right candidates.
- Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and solve problems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of SQL or Python is a plus but not required.
