Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to gather requirements and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform data quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting data.
- Assist in the maintenance and optimization of SQL databases and reporting structures.
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports to track business progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Familiarity with SQL basics (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE clauses).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Eagerness to learn new analytical tools and technologies.
