Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Visualization: Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analysis: Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data sources, processes, and analysis methodologies.
- Support: Assist in the development and maintenance of our data warehouse and reporting tools.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) is a strong plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attitude: A self-starter mindset with the ability to learn new tools quickly in a fast-paced environment.
