Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather raw data from various internal sources and clean, organize, and format datasets for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform descriptive and inferential statistical analysis to identify patterns and correlations within the data.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create clear, interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Business Intelligence Support: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance.
- SQL Querying: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract specific data sets required for ongoing projects.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analytical models.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL is required; experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems using data-driven approaches.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights simply.
