Responsibilities
- Collect and Clean Data: Gather raw data from various sources and perform rigorous cleaning to ensure accuracy for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical models and techniques to interpret data trends and patterns for business decision-making.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive and visual dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- SQL Querying: Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases efficiently.
- Reporting: Generate regular performance reports and presentations highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and basic understanding of SQL or Python.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Highly analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot data issues and propose logical solutions.
