Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and validation of large datasets related to equity options and derivatives.
- Develop and maintain interactive financial dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in market data.
- Collaborate with the trading desk to provide timely data support and generate daily performance reports.
- Conduct research on market trends to support strategic decision-making processes and forecasting models.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Basic understanding of financial markets, specifically equity options, is a significant plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
