Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Assist in gathering, cleaning, and organizing large datasets related to equity options and market trends.
- Report Generation: Create accurate and timely reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators for the team.
- Market Analysis Support: Support senior analysts in researching market movements and identifying potential opportunities.
- Data Integrity: Monitor data quality and ensure all financial records are up-to-date and error-free.
- Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate data findings effectively.
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Assist in special projects and research tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
- Experience: No prior experience required. We value potential and attitude over experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and basic understanding of SQL or Python is a plus but not mandatory.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot trends in complex data.
