Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather raw data from various sources and ensure it is accurate, consistent, and formatted correctly for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within datasets.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create detailed reports and summaries that translate complex data findings into actionable business insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to understand their data needs.
- Database Management: Assist in maintaining and updating company databases and documentation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and experience with SQL or Python is a plus.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to approach problems analytically and think critically.
