Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract data from relational databases and data warehouses.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to translate data findings into actionable business insights.
- Assist in the creation of technical documentation and reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Basic understanding of statistical concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
- Familiarity with SQL and experience querying databases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to relocate to Boston, Massachusetts, upon offer.
