The Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys solving complex problems. You will work closely with senior analysts and stakeholders to interpret data trends and provide strategic recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver data-driven insights.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for management, summarizing complex data findings in an easily digestible format.
- Monitor data sources and report any issues or discrepancies to the data engineering team immediately.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficiency in SQL (writing queries, joins, subqueries) and Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
